Executed by silver manufactory Wilm, Berlin.
Rare Coffee and tea set, made in silver, designed by Peter Behrens
for his friend, the silver smith and jeweler Ferdinand Richard Wilm.
Late 1920s the architect Behrens was commissioned by Wilm to
design a new shop window facade of his silver gallery in Berlin.
It is supposed that in this time, the coffee and tea set was executed
for the first time, though Behrens’s design likely dates some years
earlier.
